Customized In-house training

This service requires an understanding of the client's business processes as well as objectives. The program developed for the client will be customized to suit the individuality of each client - be it live corporate case studies or even the terminology and language used. Our trainer will conduct a company visit to understand the organization. If need be, we will also advise the relevant program for the client.

Some benefits of in-house training are as follows:

• Prior to conducting the training, our SQII trainers will visit our clients to have a more in-depth understanding of their actual working environment and business processes at no extra costs. After which, we will customise our training materials according to our clients' needs to ensure that our training sessions will benefit them.

• SQII trainers will conduct an optional 1-day work floor implementation programme to help participants apply what they have learnt to their daily work situation. This programme provides effective application training for the participants.

• In-house training is definitely more cost effective for clients with a large number of trainee prospects. Instead of paying for each participating trainee on a per head basis under the open enrolment programme, SQII offers a reasonable alternative by charging only a daily training rate for in-house training.

Last but not least, our in-house training packages offer our clients the flexibility, which they need. As no organisation can afford to have all their staff to go for training at the same time, SQII will design an in-house training schedule to suit the work schedule of our clients.
